Overall, we had a great experience with the Matrix Basements team from start to finish. Jamie V and his team did an amazing job transforming our dark dungeon of a basement to a living space that I actually want to come down to every day. They were patient with us at the beginning with some of the design feedback we gave and clearly explained each of the steps that would be involved. Communication throughout was clear and they kept to the schedule they set out. I also did not get the sense that they were trying to upsell us or rip us off in any way. Our basement looks great now and I would highly recommend Matrix to anyone.
